Berelia Touristic provides B2B travel technology and distribution solutions, including Channel Manager, Reservation Module, Central Reservation System, Extranet, Meta Search connectivity, Scanner, Web Panel, Call Center support and related digital marketing services, made available to hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs, DMCs and corporate travel businesses.
3. Business Use Only
Our platform and services are designed for business-to-business (B2B) use. By using our services, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a hotel, travel agency, tour operator, technology company or other business entity, and that you have the authority to enter into agreements on that entity's behalf.
4. Account Access & Security
Access to systems such as the Extranet or Web Panel requires an account issued to an authorized partner. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data or other users' accounts.
- Do not interfere with the security, integrity or performance of our platform, including through automated scraping or overloading of our infrastructure.
- Do not misrepresent inventory, rates or availability submitted through our systems.
6. Service Agreements
Access to specific products and modules — such as Channel Manager, CRS connectivity or API access — is subject to a separate commercial agreement between the relevant business and Berelia Touristic, which will set out pricing, service levels and integration terms in more detail.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, technology and materials on this website and within our platform remain the property of Berelia Touristic or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos or brand assets without prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Services & Links
Our platform may connect to or reference third-party systems, such as OTAs, meta-search platforms or payment providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an 'as available' basis. While we work to ensure accuracy and uptime across our technology, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
